I've owned 7 different motorcycles since 2010, bought and serviced at different places, and I have to say: San Jose BMW service department is the best by a long shot! Every time I had an issue (mostly related to a punctured tire or a wheel damaged by a pot hole) - they did everything they could to make sure I stay on my bike! Absolutely love these guys, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who's on a market for a BMW bike!

Great service and attention to detail from Ray and Amy. You get exactly the same level of attention whether you buy a top line BMW, or a Vespa. I would know, I have bought both. Also best range of Klim adventure riding gear I have seen.
Great service and staff. Repairs and maintenance is done correctly and efficiently. Pete the service manager explains what work was completed on your motorcycle making you feel confident you are riding off with a better performing machine! Cheers!
