Just took my car in for service and the chance to meet Sean the Shop foreman who gave me a run down on what my car needs and the service agent basically gave me an update during and right before i picked up the car regarding the status of my car. Overall im happy with the experience...btw Century West BMW is open
In July 2022 my husband purchased a used Mercedes-Benz from BMW of Gwinnett place, gave a down payment and used their financing company. In August 2022 the finance manager called to inform him that the finance company would not accept his bank statements and that if he could not secure other financing, he would have to return the car that week. warning indicator for the transmission came on and the vehicle stopped in the middle of the street when I was driving it, and at times it seemed as if the transmission was slipping, my brakes were squeaking and seemed a little low, and that the vehicle was registering service due -4 months. This is the worst ever consumer experience i had. This is totally unacceptable from BMW. I have had issues w/ my 2012 BMW z4 since November 2017 that could not have been solved by this Service. I finally took my car to a third party service, got the problem identified and now my car works perfect. Since then I am dealing with Alexandria Service to be refunded in full. After searching far and wide for a specific vehicle I find one at Schomp. The vehicle was priced well and didn’t seem to have any issues with it as far as I could see online. I called to set up an appointment to see the vehicle (which is quite a few hours from where I am located) and I’m told there’s a deposit on the vehicle. I asked to be notified if anything changed. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car!!!!! I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2016 X5 from them. I have emails and texts with a bunch of empty promises to reimburse me and nobody will return my emails or calls. This has been going on for 4 months!!!! Justin Sullivan was the sales guy and he seems nice until the car rolls off the lot and then you are left to deal with any issues on your own and none of the management will step up and do anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!
