This dealership pushes the sale of the extra warranty. I bought the warranty because I was told it will cover minor scratch marks in and out of the car. On the contract there are six items: *paintless dent repair *Windshield repair *Interior *Exterior *Vehicle Key *roadside assistance The person who sold me this warranty, Paul M***, specifically told me it will cover any minor scratch marks that can easily be fixed. When I had a little ding on my windshield, I decided to use this warranty and since I was taking it in, pointe... read more

Please save yourself time and frustration and STAY AWAY FROM NEW COUNTRY GREENWICH PORSCHE. My 2020 Cayenne is a lemon with months in the shop over battery issues that the dealership cannot explain or fix. Their service department is in a shambles: 2 of the main members left. You call multiple times and no one even answers the call. When you leave messages, they do not return calls. At my last service, the service department literally drove the car into their own structure and broke the side mirror. It took a month to fix wi... read more

After reading the reviews I still decided to give them a try and now I see that the other minority customers that were treated poorly were spot on and these managers are racist and treat minority customer without respect. I went in to make a purchase, drove over 1.5 hours to pick the car up the next day with a check in hand. The business manager in charge of registering & titles was not only rude but not knowledgeable in his role. The sales woman brought us into his office and he didn’t speak to us and said “I was going to c... read more

Racist dealership !!!!!! Yesterday myself and a friend of mine went to the Benz dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. She was more than interested in the above vehicle. We worked with salesperson Mike, and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was doing most of the talking because as you can see, I’m in the industry. My husband and I have purchased and serviced a few vehicles from and at the BMW dealership, so we have relationship with your dealership. We loved working with Jackson who referred my friend to Mike at Ben... read more

Granted, all dealerships are doing this, but New Country Toyota of Clifton Park has been the worst example of dealerships misleading consumers with their website inventory. I am in the market for a 2022 ****** ********** Hybrid and have been searching for months. I completely understand that demand is outrageous and supply is extremely limited. Therefore, I know that patience will be instrumental in my purchase experience. However, dealerships are listing cars on their website and making it seem like they are for sale. The r... read more

I do not like giving businesses negative review, but I had to give New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT this review for their dishonest and "bait and switch behavior". I was interested in buying a 2022 **** e-tron from them, and had a very bad experience. I placed an order with salesperson (Tony B) in June of 2021, the initial experience and interactions were pleasant (the only positive from this). The car came here at the port in November 2021, and we went for a test drive and filled out the finance application. Their finance ... read more

Awful place with CRAZY people working there!!! Took a newly purcahsed used Mercedes to have a recall fixed...started out ok, recall work was done in a timely fashion but when I drove off the lot the service light came on again...upon returning I was told the light, which was seen by the service tech, had nothing to do with the recall....then why wasnt it addressed before I was given my keys back and told the car was all set?? Days passed with abolutely NO update on the status of the car. Was just told there was only ONE part... read more

Unethical & Incompetent Percy M***** the sales manager is a sniveling and lying know-nothing. His salesperson knows even less. Andy the service manager with allegedly 30 years of "experience" is ignorant of car features, and just as duplicitous. Exactly how bad are these clowns at New Country Toyota? The service manager at another dealership told me point blank that he wants nothing to do with these liars, and refuses to speak with them again. If a sinkhole appeared beneath the New Country Toyota dealership and swallowed the... read more

Last September, 2020, I leased my third Maserati Ghibli from Wide World Maserati, on Rt. 59 in Spring Valley, NY. I liked the cars and the service department was always very accommodating and satisfactory in every way up until now. Today, 2021/09/24, I called Wide World to make an appointment for my first annual service, only to be told that the company no longer has a Maserati franchise and I'll have to find another dealer to service my car. I asked to speak to a manager. The service manager, Daniel Garbacz, told me the sam... read more
