Extremely helpful and polite. I was pleased that I could actually schedule a time for my appt. My service advisor was available at that time. He said 45 min to look over car - and that's what it took. He explained what needed to be done and offered a rental car for the day. The rental was a huge help. Car was ready when promised. Everyone - the Enterprise service to people in the showroom and those who brought my car - were all extremely helpful and polite.
Polite and attentive. I am a 1st time BMW owner. The attention and service I rec'd was 10 times more than I expected. Thankful. I took my 07 335i to get the waste gate issue fixed and have some recalls done. They took care of it and even gave me a loaner car the same day. I cannot be more thankful. I'm definitely ditching bmw of fairfax!
