Superior service, awesome staff and a celebrity type experience. At least 4 people were trying to assist me when entering the premise. Video is supplied with work needing to be done so there is complete transparency with repairs and explanations. I also have a Jaguar and thought they did a great job with customer service, but this place blows them away...you really feel cared for at BMW of Ridgefield. Only one minor set back was with my powder coated rims being scraped up during the wheel straightening process, but I am stil... read more
