Excellent customer service. Professional and honest
I have had my 2020 X3 serviced at BMW of Ridgefield and I either waited or had a loaner car while service was performed. Well, recently I needed service but the only option I had was to use their pickup and delivery service. No problem, within one day my car was picked up, service performed, and my freshly washed car returned by the most courteous and friendly drivers.
Very knowledgeable and professional team. Special thank you for the service advisor- Steve Kazlauskas who goes an extra mile to make sure his Customers are happy.

This BMW was so generous and kind! I am fresh out of college and inherited a beautiful but expensive BMW. There were a slue of things wrong with the car and I got an incredibly detailed video from the mechanics explaining what they needed to do. I started to panic about the numbers and asked to pay for the labor and take the car back. When I got to the front desk to pay and get my keys, the bill was shockingly zero dollars!
