Outstanding experience at BMW Ridgefield! The wonderful General Manager, Tom McGill, worked with me to find the best fit Client Advisor, Doug Sherman. We made an excellent team in figuring out how to get out of a less-than-ideal car situation (starts with a 'T', ends in an 'a') and back into a BMW electric. Tom and Doug were patient, partnering, and transparent the entire time, plus the right amount of quick witted humor along the way.
