As always, BMW Service of Ridgefield is tops. I had an urgent problem with the computer on my car and they took the car immediately and Cecilia arranged a loaner for me, as well. Jim Delaney, (service), had the issue solved the following day and I was able to pick up my car. Jason, the (Manager), was extremely kind and helpful when I arrived and was trying to enter the wrong garage. All the employees that I encountered were very polite and attentive. Thank you, BMW, for continuing to make the customer your priority!
