The attention and service from the salespeople and manager are excellent.
I do not understand the point of having me provide my information for a service advisor to give me a phone call for an inquiry that I have only for the service advisor to say, “there’s not much I can do over the phone, you will have to bring it in for a diagnostic.” To which I get and that does make sense, but why have me give my information after I told the receptionist what was wrong only to get the above response delivered in a demeaning manner.
