RecommendedAttention to details and on time return of my car
Carie and Kevin in Service went out of their way to help me with a flat tire I acquired as soon as I crossed the Alabama state Line. I have after market rims and they had no new tires In Stock to fit my rims but they had a used one that fit after looking for quite some time. They knew we were from Louisiana and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate all of their help with this frustrating situation. I am forever grateful for them and the whole team at BMW of Mobile!!!
Sold me a vehicle on a promise that an issue would be taken care of. Issues was not taken care of. after three separate occasions of driving 2 hours to the dealership, they told me it was unfixable. Took it to a local mechanic who fixed it on the first try, which cost me $300. Then they called to inform me that they left my spare tire out of my vehicle while servicing it, and that I needed to come pick it up. Amazing customer service!!! Definitely a bmw girl!
I chose BMW of Mobile because they have a service and a body shop on site. I avoided a large deer on the interstate in Alabama but he hit my side mirror and destroyed it. Felt very fortunate! Just one communication issue but ended extremely well. I recommend this dealership.
