I had a hole in one of my tires and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to fit my car into their schedule. The service representative, Ted, ordered a tire from Pensacola and was able to get my car in for repairs. Ted’s customer service was excellent!

Although I love My car, there service department the last 2 visits With them I was not satisfied. My car is a 2006 and I believe because it’s an older car It’s not a priority for them. I only took my care for the recalls. My appt was at 10:15 and I was told it would not take long. I left the car there. I called at 4 because I didn’t hear anything from John. Carie was wonderful in the service department. I needed a new tire, she set up an immediate appointment and I was able to make emergency trip that day! They were even able to do my next service that was due! What a wonderful experience during this hurricane devastation in Pensacola! I will definitely be back!
