Just got a car through Geraldo and Ryan. This dealership is fantastic! Huge amount of inventory, but they did not Have my perfect vehicle. Rather than convincing me to take what was on the lot they willingly located the one that worked for me and had it brought in. The dealership does not apply any pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Lino if you have a BMW or need someone you can actually trust with your car. He helped me out a lot when I was dealing with issues on mine, and from the start he was honest, knowledgeable, and super professional. What I appreciated most is that he took the time to really explain what was going on instead of just throwing random fixes at the problem. You can tell he knows BMWs inside and out. WARNING!!!!!::: DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Unless you want to never have your concerns heard never have your car issues fixed, get charged for suggest service to then still have a problem and then have no one want to take ownership of this issue and resolve the problem by refund or fixing that actual issue with your car.
