Had to take my x5 in for recall and was told I would have a rental when I scheduled it weeks ago. I get there and they tell me they don’t have a rental and there is nothing they can do. Now I’m out of a vehicle for 4 days. Very frustrating they are not friendly at all and basically told me leave me car and get it fixed with no rental or don’t and take the chance of something happening.
