Very poor customer service. Stood around for at least 10 minutes and no one offered assistance. 4 employees standing around doing nothing
Drove an hour to get recalls taken care of. Spend 3 hours there. Said we had to come back to get recalls done... gave me an estimate for $4k of things to be done to our X5. One recall was the “burst into flames” recall. Said it hasn’t happen to anyone 🤦🏼♂️ Yes, yes it has. I knew someone with a 3 series that it happen to. Then recently it happened at Evans BMW in their parking lot! 💥
