This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to this dealership twice wanting to buy a car, and both times I stood there for about 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. Eventually, I walked over to their desks to ask for help, and the two employees there even tried to pass me off to each other. Absolutely disappointing. I ended up going to another dealership and bought my car there instead. Never coming back here again.
I paid for extended service and when I tried using it they said its not even linked to my car. They charged me for 4 years when even it wasnt even covered which feels like a scam. I tried contacting them to fix it and no updates even now. They dont care about you once you have paid the money. I have been talking to Anthony from service and Elyi from finance but they dont even reply back. I tried talking to General manager over email and even then I did not get a reply. In for service and a recall. Very accommodating, easy to book, upfront pricing, and quick. Matt was super helpful, even going above and beyond to research a question of mine. He didn't settle for the kinda-not-super-direct answer we found initially so he called me later with more info.
They have an amazing service and support! Highly recommend!
