My overall experience was positive and seamless, thanks in large part to Frank Chun. He went above and beyond by picking me up in Seattle and communicated all the details about the car and financing very clearly. I highly recommend reaching out to Frank Chun for assistance; he genuinely cares for his customers. One area for improvement was my interaction with the finance department. I gave 5 stars to commend G on sales for being very ethical and accommodating. He is the only reason why I came back to your dealership to purchase a vehicle. Cannot say enough about his well manners. On the contrary, couple comments about two individuals who I had to work with; Mo in finance and Andy from sales. My service rep Chris was very helpful and attentive. The service was done promptly and efficiently. I like the waiting area and the coffee bar. My only constructive advice is to improve on their text messaging. I received a text message notifying me to schedule service, I texted back and received another message saying that someone will respond by text to confirm appointment, and nobody did. I had to call and be put on hold for 15 min to make this appointment.
Justin at the BMW Bellevue Service dept does a phenomenal job every year. Always makes it easy for me to take my car in and get it back the same day. Appreciate his excellent service and my car getting the quality service it needs.
