As a loyal BMW customer, I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this dealership. I came in fully prepared to buy a new car. Instead of receiving the help and professionalism I expected, a salesman told me I was “wasting their time.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially toward a returning customer ready to make a purchase. I’ve always trusted BMW for its quality and customer service, but this experience was truly disheartening. I would never recommend anyone for this dealership!
One of the managers came over when I was at the parts department and was pretty disrespectful and condescending talking about something that had nothing to do with me. I was left confused and disappointed
