I'm been taking my my vehicle's in to this location for years. Always had a great experience with each of the sales advisors. There was an instance where they did a four-wheel alignment on my X5 and it was still pulling. I made the phone call within 48 hours they had picked it up and dropped off a loaner and then laser aligned the four wheels for my daughter's car. A+ customer service on my end

The took money from my 3rd party warranty for parts of my rare seat *********************************************************************** They never contact me and every time I asked I was always told another 1-2 months.. .well now is more than a year and they are not even try to fix the problem! it is just horrible!

Customer came in in November. We ordered three items. 2 items are here, the 3rd item should be here any day now from *******. All items had to be made, before shipping to us.

I have taken my X3 to this *** dealer on Jan 28th 2022 for a brake issue. The tech mis-diagnosed it and the problem was never fixed and yet I was charged over $300. The service adviser offered to bring the car back but the dealer it too far for me to go there and waste more time. So, I requested the refund and since then haven't heard back from the service manager. Their service levels have gone done since I have been going there for the last 3 years. Stay away from this business at all costs. I traded in a 2017 640i for a supposedly new 2019 M850i. Next day while have windows tinted the guys noticed overspray on rear and back drivers side of car. Micheal C****** did acknowledge they sold me a damaged car without disclosing damage but said it really wasn’t a big deal. He gave several options of resolution, all in favor of the dealership. Thanks to the staff of BMW/Mini of Arlington. Worth the drive from McKinney! After a number of dealers had me shopping online, I found Chelsea and she and the manager made sure we had THE dream car we wanted, at the payment we could afford. In fact, after we agreed to a number, they went back and fought for better financing and that dropped our APR and monthly payment to the exact number we'd humbly requested (just refinanced our house and our credit had taken temporary hit.) It is not that we may fall down in life, but the positive way we stand back up. I brought my 2003 Mini Cooper to BMW Mini of Arlington and got engine repairs performed. The repairs did not correct the issues with my engine. I emailed the General Manager Michael C****** a letter late Sunday evening 6-9-2019. Mr. C****** called and left a voicemail Monday 6-10-2019 prior to noon. I got the message too late to return the call.
