I took my 2017 750i for coolant leak, with no other problems at all they dismantled my vehicle and ended up paying $10,000 is repairs and 2 days after my vehicle had check engine light and strained in the street the car wouldn't move. When I returned they vehicle has more problems than when I took it there on the first day. These people are absolute crooks. Sold me a Lexus ES330 for way more than the market value, and they knew it. Wouldn't come off the price whatsoever. I admit I should have done more research and probably should have not purchased the car. But the dealership did not have to so blatantly take advantage of me, especially to the amount that they did. It is disappointing to see all of the negative reviews on this dealership. They have always provided outstanding service, as Ive been a customer since the early ****s. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for both vehicle purchases, but also for maintenance and service. This dealership offers the best/most reduced pricing in service, of any *** dealership in the DFW.
I went to BMW of Arlington for a tint job on my car. I was able to schedule quickly and have the job completed earlier than stated. I could not be happier with the job.
