On September 13, 2024, **** picked up my 2014 F-150 for a recall service. My vehicle was functioning perfectly, and I scheduled this service purely as a preventative measure. Despite being more than happy to perform the service on this specific make, model, and year, the issues that have arisen since the service are severe. They stole my money out my center console!!! As a new resident in ******** I went to BMW of Alexandria for my annual service. When I scheduled my appointment on a Friday for the upcoming Monday the gentlemen who scheduled me informed me that he would be my advisor and he would be present for the appointment. He asked me if I would be dropping off or waiting which I informed him I would be waiting as it was a routine 2/3 hour service. Terrible experience from beginning to end. They were obviously backed up but continued accepting new appointments because why not...screw the customers. You will never be able to reach your advisor by phone and they will only text you back for an update if you're lucky. My car was there for 5 weeks and there was little to no **************** extended warranty did not cover the repair due to miscommunication on the part of the technician. I do not recommend you come here.

visited this dealership based on a friends recommendation, intending to buy a vehicle if I received good service. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner himself, which initially gave me confidence in the experience. Everything was going smoothly until I filled out the credit application. They require you to send a check (they recommend cashiers check!) in the MAIL to payoff your loan! What kind of unsafe and antiquated policy is this?? Oh and when you send the cashiers check certified mail and it gets lost, they wont waive any accrued interest even though you made a good faith payment and upheld your end of deal. Had my rear brakes done on my 328i. They charged me over ******* for pads, rotors along with labor. They never commented on the condition of the calipers or recommended to have them replaced or rebuilt. Less than 1800 miles later the driver side rear brake locked up destroyed the ************* Now they want over ******* to replace everything again including the caliper!. So I pulled it out. Less than one star!Son lost fob key for his ***, bought one from concord **** 600$car wouldnt start, unlock or window work. Called back had to tow to ***, said would do diagnostic, no estimate signed, *** called said CAS module now broken 1700$ and 1500 labor!!! The car worked fine before lost key!! Now we had to tow back here, 250$ more! Im am so upset!! *** doesnt take care, now were out of options!
