Roger came out when he said he would (First Bonus), had his guys at the house when he said they would (SECOND Bonus) and came to get them started on the job to ensure it was done right. AND the fee was lower than his initial guesstimate. THIRD Bonus. work was done well and quickly. VERY Happy
