These guys seem like good people. I think you can count on them for most repairs. I needed a light bulb changed on my vehicle. Jose said he needed to remove the bumper in order to replace the bulb after the job was completed. A week later my entire grill was launched from my car while driving on the interstate! I was told a replacement was being ordered weeks ago. Who knew having a light bulb replaced would turn into me buying a new grill? I should've gone to the dealership to make sure everything was put back correctly.
I was in need of a new radiator. They ordered the part overnight and had my car completed before noon the day the radiator was received. I also received an oil change and filters. The service was excellent and very fast. I would definitely return and refer others.
The gentlemen at BMR Auto Repair, David and Alex, are very very professional and proficient at what they do. I am very pleased with their kindness as well as their dedication to doing what’s best for the customer, not their business. When I had an uncertain issue with my vehicle David let me know he would try many things to ensure what exactly is cause the problem so, “you don’t have to spend money on something that didn’t need to be fixed.” What car repairman would say that to you?
