Very clean venue and had a lot of bathrooms so waiting in line wasn't a problem, however the beer was sold out by 9pm... I like to drink a lot throughout the concert and I probably only had two the whole night, so it was a little disappointing that they didn't have enough beer prepared for a large crowd. Especially for a country concert.
when we went to hotwheels monster trucks live the arena was so cold that you could see your breath. I've never been in there and seen it so cold. how dare you make people sit like that. my kids did not have fun because of the cold.
I and my family always enjoy your facility. The staff are kind and polite. Icehogs are mine and my grandkids favorite. Security staff is also professional and courteous. Thank you.
The BMO is okay. Bathrooms have been dirty both times I've been there this year. The Garden Bros Circus will nickel and dime you until you are dry.

I have been going to the BMO since I was a kid and it was still known as the Metro Center. I have never had a bad experience whether it be a hockey game, dirt bikes, monster trucks, wrestling, basketball, or comedy/ music events. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to in Rockford.
