The only thing I did not like was, We sat in box seats and the girls in the row in front of us put their drinks on our counter top I grossed out when I took a sip of my drink and it was theirs!!!

We Love it every time we go!! Icehogs season ticket holders for our second year and counting. Always have a fantastic time! Not a bad seat in the house!! We've been to many a concert here and I am looking forward to the 90's one coming up! Only suggestion I can think of is in regards to season ticket holders- earlier, early entry and more Blackhawks bus trips!! Had a blast both times and only wish you had more!! One drawback- Jersey prices are extremely expensive-lower that, offer more clearance merch and we're good-great!!

Well maintained venue, no shortage of food and beverage to be had. I would caution people parking in the garage near the venue as they were happily taking money to park, however, we got one of the last spots on 6 floors of parking and there were at least 10 more vehicles on or near the top as they were still taking money and allowing parking without knowing how much parking was still available. This may have been due to the World Series trophy being at the game last night, be cautious and get there early if you're going.

Stood in line for over two hours to have my picture (1) taken with the world series trophy. (by a young adult). They Did not take multiple pictures not like a young adult doesn't know anything about a smart phone. The head of security talked poorly and treated people like animals getting branded. The trophy was great the event staff $#@&Ed. Then to find out the Mayor had his picture taken with the trophy. That seems funny I didn't see him in line when we were outside in 15 degree weather.

Went here for the first time last night, to a hockey game. Loved the fact that garage parking was available, especially since the weather was snowy/icy. The only thing that I didn't like was the purse policy. I have never had any issue with bringing my totally average size purse (actually smaller than most) into an event at other places. However, upon going through security I was told that my purse was too big and that anything over a 5x7 size wasn't allowed. My boyfriend went back out to the car to leave it there. Went to see for King & Country there last night. We sat in the second level. I felt that the stairs were not very safe. No railing going up the middle to hold on to. One really narrow stair followed by a wider stair. Stairs were not lighted, so you couldn't see where you were going when the lights were out. Again felt very unsafe to me. Some elderly folks had a difficult time navigating the stairs. I kept waiting to see a trip or a fall but thankfully didn't see any.
