I and my family always enjoy your facility. The staff are kind and polite. Icehogs are mine and my grandkids favorite. Security staff is also professional and courteous. Thank you.
The BMO is okay. Bathrooms have been dirty both times I've been there this year. The Garden Bros Circus will nickel and dime you until you are dry.

After driving almost two hours for the Korn concert, we spent another hour and twenty minutes waiting to park. The first garage let us in only to get to the top and be told there's no parking left. Waited for the second garage, only to find out that they are full. Finally the third garage had only a few spots left, but now it was after 8:00 and the second act already started. I have been going to the BMO since I was a kid and it was still known as the Metro Center. I have never had a bad experience whether it be a hockey game, dirt bikes, monster trucks, wrestling, basketball, or comedy/ music events. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to in Rockford.
Great location. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Love to go there for ICEHOGS games.
We went to BMO for the Kane’s Brown concert. It was great. Our seats were higher up but we had a clear view of the stage. No obstruction at all.
