BMO Harris is about as incompetent as a banking institution can be. Lost paperwork that has been in the system for over 4 months and now it needs to be done again only because the BANK ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE INFORMATION. Can they restore it from the ARCHIVES? Guess NOT!!! Got the feeling that if we had millions of dollars with them then they would restore the account back to the date they lost the information but their answer is SORRY!!!!!
