I come here regularly for business deposits, the staff are amazing and work quickly. Special shout out to Nimrah who always goes above and beyond.
The branch functions like an ATM on weekends, allowing only withdrawals—no other services are available. Not sure why they even open on weekends—there’s zero customer service. The lady at the front desk didn’t care about anything I said and just told me to come back on Monday. Their operating hours are exactly the same as mine :)
Hello hello, is anyone there? Absolutely hilarious. I have had issues with no one answering the phone. I drive to the parking lot and call again, no answer. Go inside to see absolutely nobody inside the bank, all tellers are free… Back to ECCU i go
Our community account has been at this branch for years. The service has always been good The wait time in line can sometimes be long and unfortunately we are unable to complete tasks at abm or online due to the type of account we have.
