Our community account has been at this branch for years. The service has always been good The wait time in line can sometimes be long and unfortunately we are unable to complete tasks at abm or online due to the type of account we have.
Would be great if one of the largest banks in Canada could afford to staff a few more tellers rather than having one overworked person handling 10 people
This branch has been great to me. Never a bad experience.
I have never dealt with a bank that goes out of its way to make things are as difficult as possible. After about 4 months I was unable to access my account online. I was told I had to have their form notarized and send it back then they would reinstate my login. Now my CD has matured and I’m trying to get my money out and it’s just as difficult. They can not (will not) transfer the money which is the way they received it they have to mail a check. The bank should rename itself to Hotel California Bank. You money can enter an... read more
I dealt with the most ignorant and rude teller today although she didn't roll her eyes as much as the teller "helping" the people next to me. She made me feel like I was beneath her. And when she was snippy about a mistake she made she didn't apologize, she just said "It was a mistake." If I see either of those tellers there the next time I go in I'll turn around and go back another time. And saying have a nice day after that interaction doesn't make up for the rudeness.
