It should not take 25 mins to get a new bank card. More tellers needed
BMO has a problem with recent glitches. We had to go to the bank 4 times a week, after 15 hours on the phone as well.
Better than average location. Staff was attentive and seemed organized. Id say there could be more staff working to deal with larger ques, but wait times across all locations are typically long during lunch and early afternoon. Overall l, I'd say this and the Dartmouth crossing are the better branches to use in the city if you are looking for decent service.
The service I received from a teller named Kendell at the BMO Lacewood branch on October 25 was shocking. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish — rolling her eyes and responding with a loud, condescending tone. When I tried to clarify something by asking to check the information on my account, Kendall raised her voice and said, “My answer is still NO,” in a tone that felt more like she was scolding me.
