Very clean and the teller staff are very friendly
Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Luni Zhu, and the interaction was unprofessional and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of listening and understanding my case, she was dismissive and quick to impose negative assumptions. On top of that, there was a clear lack of basic competence—something as simple as calculating 25% of 200k seemed difficult.
I was contacted by a BMO representative named Kabir regarding switching my mortgage, and we initially discussed arranging an in-person meeting. However, I later received an email suggesting that we instead proceed with a phone call on Monday morning. This gave the impression that the process was being steered toward a phone consultation rather than honoring the originally discussed in-branch meeting — despite the fact that this involves switching lenders, reviewing military-specific mortgage rates, and discussing potential l... read more
