No one answers calls, and they don't return voice messages.
It should not take 25 mins to get a new bank card. More tellers needed
BMO has a problem with recent glitches. We had to go to the bank 4 times a week, after 15 hours on the phone as well.
Better than average location. Staff was attentive and seemed organized. Id say there could be more staff working to deal with larger ques, but wait times across all locations are typically long during lunch and early afternoon. Overall l, I'd say this and the Dartmouth crossing are the better branches to use in the city if you are looking for decent service.
