If I could make it minus stars I would. They refuse to provide in person contact with the branch manager and supervisors when requested. Hate the staff there.
Call out to Kabaza working there. I was fortunate to meet him and he was super helpful to resolve all the issues I had, he made sure that he was constantly following up to ensure issue was resolved.
The two gentlemen who assisted me (one was in training) were wondering. Polite, personable and efficient.
Went in yesterday to get a bank statement and Tyler did a great job of ensuring I got everything I needed. Great experience
Their drive through ATM never works. Every time you use it fails. No one is paying attention at this branch. After going through their useless phone menu they do not answer the phone. I tried this multiple times at more than one branch. They do this as standard policy. Also, I request that the "BMO Digital Care" team not provide a useless and cynical response to this review.
