I visited this branch today to open a TFSA investment account and came with a very clear understanding of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Instead of helping me choose the right option or explaining the differences between the available accounts, the meeting felt unproductive and unnecessarily prolonged.
