Don't bother trying to call the Clayton Park branch, made several attempts over several days. Nothing. Maybe they just don't like me. IDK. Call the 1-800 number if you need service.
Kabaza is one of the best banking agent I’ve ever meet - extremely dedicated and shows care to customers. Truly helpful.
If I could make it minus stars I would. They refuse to provide in person contact with the branch manager and supervisors when requested. Hate the staff there.
Call out to Kabaza working there. I was fortunate to meet him and he was super helpful to resolve all the issues I had, he made sure that he was constantly following up to ensure issue was resolved.
