The drivers are dangerous not following rules and getting too and I mean too close to the car in front. I was going the speed limit. From the Habitat building site to 29th Street to 35th Ave and finally they turned on Hwy. 34. Between 1 pm and 1:25 pm. I should think that safety on the roads would be paramount.
Don't believe them when you fill out the credit application and they tell you you are approved and you can make payments....there is NO SUCH THING!!! It is due the next month after delivery, all of it, there is no payment plan that goes with the credit application you filled out. We will NEVER use Builders FirstSource ever again. Sad that BMC is gone from Greeley and this lumbar yard is in it's place!
I would give zero stars if I could. These people are unbelievable. If you even get them to answer the phone, which is 1 in 5 times you call, they are nothing but unhelpful. I was given a quote SEVERAL TIMES for $1900 and 1 week for lumber but they refused to take my card over the phone. I'm not currently living in town. I transfer money to my sister, send her in, and they quote her $9000 and 4 weeks out and deny the previous quote. Save yourself some brain cells and never work with these people.
Had what I wanted, received a quote, went to order and couldn't pay because it was still a quote. No timeline on when it will change status to an order. Customer service is horrible. It's been a week and still can't pay for what I want because someone, somewhere can't push the quote through to an order status so that payment can be received. Very frustrating
