The WORST company I have ever done business with in my life. I contacted the customer service twice thru email and I never heard back from them. I call their number it's even worse no one answers just the option to leave a message and there is not even a professional message message just a recording with music. I will never buy from this company I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM. This company is trash and completely unprofessional.
I received an earring for christmas later in January I tried it on and realized it was broken. I contacted their customer service and asked them to replace it but they told me "Sorry to hear about that. :(" and proceeded to tell me that because the order was placed more than 30 days ago that they could do nothing about it. Didn't offer me any reimbursement or discount for sending me a broken piece of crap that I can't even use.
