Although I didn't have any problem when I stayed here for 18 months, But once move out it's a different scene altogether. The leasing/move out team don't care and add arbitrary charges on your security deposit. I was provided a huge ledger which is difficult to follow and has such random charges subtracted with no proof or bill provided. It’s been only 10 days since I moved to this building and all I can say is that they know pure business. Before signing the lease, they were pretty responsive. You’d expect a reply within a day or two max. Now that I’ve signed the lease and moved in officially, no one from the leasing management/concierge office would give a damn about my problems. Juan Avila did an excellent job responding to my maintenance request. He quickly fixed a leaking tap and also replaced my dishwasher with a brand-new one—all within just one day. His efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his prompt service and would highly recommend him.
Has been great living here. Amenities are pretty good. Staff is super nice and helpful. Junasia at front desk is an absolute doll. Always warm, friendly, attentive and super helpful. Overall positive experience.
