BLVD 475 Lost My Package and Zero Follow-Up: The front desk lost my Amazon package and handled it terribly. They told me to come back while they looked for it, but when I returned, nobody was even there. I came back the next day and they still hadn’t found it, promised again to check, and then never reached out with any update hours later. Completely unprofessional - Dont suggest living here.
Avoid this building if you value your time. The elevator service is abysmal, with frequent breakdowns and hour-long waits. Living on a high floor (40+) makes this an absolute nightmare.

Worst maintenance I have even seen. DO NOT CHOOSE 475 BLVD!!! The trash room light keeps flashing and never fixed and triggers severe migraines issue. The bathroom shower head has no water. They are not willing to do anything even it is promised by leasing office. The elevator is broken as well.
Four months into our lease and so far so good! Management is quick to address any issues/work orders as they appear, amenities are clean and available, and the staff is super helpful. I’ll update this review as time goes on, but so far nothing to complain about!
