Please consider carefully before moving in. Below points are simply based on my own experience only. - Cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and even living room within a few days of move in. Conducted multiple exterminations but still have issues after more than a year. The apartment sanitation is by far the worst among the 7-8 apartments I have lived in NY/NJ over the last 13 years. - Some residents smoke marijuana in the apartment and the smell filters through into our apartment. Never any hot water, elevators never work, and they try to charge you for everything on top of increasing rent exponentially each year. They NEVER uphold their “veris promise”. Please for the sake of you and your families sanity choose another building. You’ll be much happier dealing with a leasing office and community management team that actually cares about you. The last review I posted they asked me to reach out to them via email. I sent them an email and they never responded… avoid this place at all costs.
