I love this place! Felicia is very kind and helpful. She makes you feel welcome all of the time, no matter what. Adam is very knowledgeable and he remembers your dogs name. He’s like Fix It Felix, he fixes everything he touches. 10 out of 10, would HIGHLY recommend!
Moved here a few months ago and no complaints so far. Kyler fixed my dishwasher the same day I put in my request plus the staff are super dog friendly and sweet talk my babies when we’re out on walks or at the dog park here. It’s clean and the views are good. I actually like my neighbors which is always great. I plan to renew my lease.
My tenancy resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I paid for a reserved parking space (approximately $100 per month); however, I was repeatedly unable to use the space. The leasing office failed to provide an effective resolution, while the fee continued to be charged. A significant issue occurred during the winter period when the apartment was without heating for approximately three days. Used to live here the property it was very well maintained the digital was wonderful I did get towed out of here once but the owner of the parking spot did contact me to let me know that I was going to get towed unfortunately the internet here was below average and I did not get the voicemail for some reason even though I pay for my minutes. Later on in my stay there they did provide. This is a non-smoking property but they did have a designated smoking places that were very appropriate
Horrible place to live. Parking is terrible. In 3 years of living there the pool was closed well over half the time. They way over charge for what you get. The fees added each month is a joke. I got charged $5 for there golf cart to drive around. Add that up between 60 apartments. Think they really use it for gas. No. This place is a scam. Rude maintenance people and so on. I suggest to never rent here!!
