Staff is also great. Kayla and Felicia in the office are fantastic. They listen, are compassionate and make things happen. The maintenance staff are the best we’ve ever had. Adam has turned this property around. He cares about each tenant and the property and it really shows. Kyler and James are responsive to requests and work effectively an... read more
My experience at Blu Water has been nothing short of exceptional. From its beautiful location and effortless proximity to everything one could wish for, to the atmosphere of the community itself, Blu Water offers a rare sense of comfort, convenience, and distinction. Their professionalism, grace, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist reflect a level of service that is incre... read more
