UPDATE: I have heard from the owner who was very apologetic for the stylist who ran so late. She vowed to make it right. Since I live out of town, they are sending my sister a gift for future services. I have also heard from the stylist who apologized. I appreciate the efforts the owner has made to make up for the time my son spent in the salon.
