I went to Blum's today to get fitted for a new bra. I usually go to Victoria's Secret to get a bra, but they do not typically have a great size range. I usually make due since there aren't too many choices for me in a larger cup size. I saw a favorable review by one of my friends about her recent experience so I stopped in today. I had a wonderful experience with every employee I interacted with. Service is not consistent. Over the summer I went to Blums bra shopping. It was a good experience- I was greeted right away, was fitted by an older,kind, knowledgeable sales associate . Two other times - today being one of them- I went, today looking to purchase more bras, since I really like the ones bought. Walked in the back door, was there a good 5 minutes while 2 sales clerks never acknowledged me. Took my 87 yr old Mother in for a fitting yesterday- the gal assisting her was great. One on one attention- and the staff knew what all of the options were in the stock. We even went back later in the day because Mom wanted some additional items and that is where she wanted to go.
My husband and I went to Blum for my bathing suit,a woman that worked their was so helpful, she helped me find the right suit for me!! I love it
My 17-year-old daughter, who wears a large bra size, has had trouble getting the correct size bra for a long time. She has not worn a bathing suit in several years either. We went to the Blum's in Patchogue and could not have been happier with the results! Sara was the wonderful bra specialist who fitted her for a corset to go under her prom dress, as well as set her up with another beautiful bra. I walked in and received immediate customer service. I wanted to check out their bridal wear and when I mentioned my size at Victoria's secret, she decided to measure me and provide me with an appropriate size for a better fitting bra. She also gave me some guidance on how the cups and sizes vary a bit between styles and brands.
