The worst brick and mortar store I have ever visited. I received unsolicited harassing comments from the staff and when I made a complaint to the online email I got an inept response. "We pride ourselves on this customer service and our fitting procedures. In every company we carry, the sizes and styles differ in fit." My complaint was not about fit. Fantastic service. The staff is courteous, very helpful and honest about how bathing suits look on you. Not pushy whatsoever. The selection of swimwear is the best in Buffalo.

I had my first visit to Blums today. They were amazing! Great customer service and they made you feel really comfortable shopping for intimate apparel. I would recommend this store to all females.
