I bought a suit today. As usual fitting room flop sweat and choking back the tears. The girls working in the Williamsville store could not have possibly been more helpful. Not the suit I wanted but the suit that felt the most comfortable. I would not go anywhere else for my bathing suits. Long lasting, good quality, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I purchased a bra last week and had some issues with it. I knew the receipt said final sale and it's an undergarment but Blum's let me bring it back and they refit me, to make sure the size was right, and helped me find a bra that was comfortable and fit well. They went above and beyond my expectations !! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Their customer service is excellent.
