Very pleasy manager and accommodating to ur time
Family owned for over 15 years and hasn't had any issues besides a prior renter who decided shorting the owner money and stealing his own items to claim for insurance. Unfortunate this renter vandalized the unit by cutting the latch, further security measures have been taken due to this renter and sheriffs were notified along with never recommending this renter to any other storage facility.
My friend had his storage unit burglarized at Bluffs Storage. The thieves got away with over $10,000 of items, after spending several hours stealing every single item from the unit. The only "security" was an unlocked old gate, and a fake security camera screwed to an old telephone pole. Beware of this facility.
