Called and the receptionist was extremely rude. Bad attitude to a prospective future patient seeking assistance for dental work!!! Customer care is non existent anymore.
Bad billing practices. They incorrectly bill insurance companies known as "double dipping". One annual cleaning gets billed as two, so your second visit you will receive a bill although it is covered under insurance. File a complaint against them for this behavior and they will discontinue seeing you as a patient. Very unprofessional when the patient did nothing wrong.
