Bad billing practices. They incorrectly bill insurance companies known as "double dipping". One annual cleaning gets billed as two, so your second visit you will receive a bill although it is covered under insurance. File a complaint against them for this behavior and they will discontinue seeing you as a patient. Very unprofessional when the patient did nothing wrong.
