Bad billing practices. They incorrectly bill insurance companies known as "double dipping". One annual cleaning gets billed as two, so your second visit you will receive a bill although it is covered under insurance. File a complaint against them for this behavior and they will discontinue seeing you as a patient. Very unprofessional when the patient did nothing wrong.
DONT GO HERE!! When I went here the x-ray machine quit working and my head got stuck in the machine, the assistant hit me in the head with a hose, and they gave me 4 shots to try and nom my mouth which did NOT work but I told them they could go ahead and work on my cavity. And my tooth hurt for over 2 weeks so I called them to let them know I was still having issues. So they made me another appointment which I missed due to something that arose with my father who is in bad health. And then they sent me a letter saying I can ... read more
