RecommendedBluffs Acres is more then a place to live. This is a family. The people that live here care about our community as a family whole. There are activities for all. The people are very friendly and caring. We watch out for one another. The staff here always have a smile. This is more then just a place to live, we are family and care about one another.
This company is currently trying to take advance of my uncle. He’s an older guy on a fixed income recovering from a foot surgery. He is the kinda guy that pays his bill flawlessly . This company is trying to withhold money they owe him and giving him the run around. Please don’t go here they will take advance if your loved ones . They don’t care , new owner ship is all about taking advantage of people !!!! BEWARE !!!
keep raising lot rent charging ppl for this and that every month. lot rent been raised every year I have lived here. They also shut water off to day at 4pm with no warning. office is closed nobody will give us any answers on why. its 12° outside I guess if my pipes freeze they will fix it. do not recommend this place at all.
you keeping raising our rent and finding other things to charge to us you know we really do not have much choice. that is beyond terrible

Dont buy here unless you want to be flooded out. When you tell Joe about a problem he says he is taking care of it but nothing gets done. Worse place ever to live.
Have lived here 34 years and NuTrend-Bluffs Acres made it a great place to live. Now Strive seems to have some good ideas and I am waiting for Spring and the new playground for the kids, repairing the streets etc. Joe and the ladies are trying to please all of us and keep the park clean and a good place to live. Nice place to live when you have good neighbors
My wife and I recently lost our home to a fire. We can't thank the entire staff at Bluffs Acres enough for working so hard to get us into a new home so quickly. We can't think of any where else we'd rather live. We've been here 7 years now and are looking forward to another 7.
