They don't care about their customers. I called up there and asked to speak to Clint the owner on several occasions about one of his sales reps. The lady that picked up the phone told me several times that he was in a meeting. And he will not call you back. I've been waiting on a call for 4 months now. I just stopped calling. Clearly he do not care what my need was as long as they are collecting the money while customer service treat us bad and we do not have anyone to complain to because he DO NOT CARE!!!

3 months ago I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer from University Motor Company, absolutely LOVED IT, that was until the AC kept goin in and out. Took the car back and forth a total of 5 times to be repaired and never was fixed. So after fighting with it for a little over 2 months I traded it for a 2008 Tahoe. The entire air ride suspension had to be replaced, the control arms and lower ball joints had to be replaced and duct work done to the AC for the back AC to work. My experience with Bluff Road Auto Sales was great. My appointment was at 10:30...They came took the car, test drove it and found exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Staff was very kind and caring to my needs as well. Georiana came and discussed steps the vehicle went through before the final process. I am pleased and my issue was resolved.
The administrative department has been one big help my. Every since I purchased my car so if you need a car get on at Bluff Road Auto Sales. They are a very caring business. And the fixed my vehicle each time something was wrong.
