Decent building and excellent management. Lived at Bluff Manor for 2 yrs. Noise sometimes an issue with thin walls, but I thought it was great for the price. Heat included was nice. Had to move out of town for job and management helped me find a sublet so I was out very little $$.
Management is pretty terrible. If you have a problem, better solve it on your own. The parking lot is always littered with garbage, glass, plastics, cans, not safe! Not a safe neighborhood, or neighbors. Had fleas as soon as I moved into this complex. Upcharge on rent. The parking lot is for "residence only" complete with parking pass, however, it is never enforced making it for everybody. No hallway cameras, or cameras to watch the storage units/mail. $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry.. really..? "Complete with fitness center.... read more
