Blue Wave Dentistry is most professional from the minute you walk in the door until you departure satisfied and feeling good about the experience. Everyone is up beat, caring, and determined to provide the best possible care. Thanks PS: Almost makes one want to go to the Dentist -- for no particular reason.
We've been going to blue wave dentistry for nine years. They always provide excellent customer service. Office is modern and clean. Refreshments, snacks and TV provided in waiting area. If there is a negative, it's having to pay for services up front. Even though insurance is usually quick to reimburse us.
FRom the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome. Michelle is very kind and caring to my needs. DR. B explained in detail how he works with and cares for his patients. He also made me feel welcome along with caring for my dental needs.
Always a great experience at Bluewave - they go the extra mile to ensure you are getting all the information on your dental care!
Though somewhat lengthy (I'm sure due to my own chatting) my first visit as a new patient was awesome. I truly felt the team at Bluewave was not only looking out for my overall dental health, but my general health and well being as well. Everyone was friendly and very easy to talk with-very important for a dentist's patient. Coming from the NY area where time and money are foremost in many physicians minds this was a unexpected, very pleasant experience.
EXCELLENT IN ALL CATEGORIES. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE; EVERYONE IS SO ON IT ALL THE TIME. THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY TEETH. BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT.
