The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Brittany is the best! She is thorough, patient, and so sweet. I actually drive from Wilmington to come to this office--they are THAT good!
I highly recommend Dr. Sweeney and his staff at Blue Wave Dentistry. He is the rare dental practitioner who sees the whole person, and is an effective educator in helping people to understand the important issues related to their dental health, as well as to begin to change the behaviors that might be contributing to problems with overall health. These teaching moments are priceless! Competent, caring hygienists also!
During my life I have had Dentists in Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Charlotte and Wilmington. Without a doubt I can say that the Team at Blue Wave is the absolute best overall that I have ever experienced. Patient with Blue Wave since 2009.
I always get great care from Blue Wave. My hygienist, Lauren, is wonderful. Everyone on the staff is so warm and friendly. Always answer any questions and I never feel pressured to have more done than I want.

Amazing staff, the most information I have ever rec'd about dental health. A very kind, peaceful atmosphere. As a person with many dental issues thru the years, I was so blessed by the knowledge presented, and, thankful for the care they will provide in the future. Only regret is that we did not find their office sooner.
I'm almost 70 and have known lots of dentists and hygenists over 60 years. Meghan is the best hygenist I've ever had. From the start 7 years ago, she told me my problems without "sugarcoating". She identified problems and offered solutions that I know I never would have heard at my previous dentists. Working with Dr. Sweeney I now feel more secure about my oral health future. Very caring about me and my family, the staff always makes me glad to visit.
