As always, prompt, courteous and thorough service. Megan is always gentle and caring as she performs each task. The entire practice has a great culture which puts the patient first. As a business I believe that winners use the best technology and this office is equipped with the latest. The mini camera was new to me and really cool. The office is well ahead of many I have experienced over the years.
Love, love, love Megan. She's the best. Dr. Sweeney's been our dentist for the past 6 years and I'll never change. Patient, gentle and a great person. Plus, my pill allows me to come every 4 months which I need to do and never have!
excelent very ince and pleasent
I was extremely happy with my experience. Dr. Biggerstaff was kind, friendly and most importantly made me extremely comfortable. The whole staff was terrific. I went to another local dentist last year acroos the street in Waterford and had several problems; they lost my initial paperwork, they did not get a pre-quote as promised, and when I had an issue w/ work done tried to recharge me for the same service. That would never happen here I can tell, they are TOP NOTCH!
