Dinged my Beemer!!! – Yup I got sucked into trying this place out thanx to some coupons. At the end of it, my wife noticed some smudging just behind the rear door ... guess what they had DINGED MY BEEMER... a nice inch wide depression about a couple of mm deep - not too big for LA standards some might say, but given that my new bmw was spotless otherwise it really did hurt. They Broke my GPS mount and then offered me a $9 car wash to fix the issue! Horrible!!! – The guy cleaning the window broke the mount to my wifes gps system...tomtom...When my wife went to pick up her car she found it on the floor and screws and springs broken and everywhere...they didnt even have the courage to tell her it broke. Then the manager came over and told her to super glue it...but it wasnt broken. Worst car wash ever – I've been here twice in the past week with two different cars. I thought I would try it and see since it was the closest to my house. They have horrible service, and they do a lousy job. I could have washed my car better with a bottle of windex and a paper towel. Highly NOT recommended1
Best Car Wash in town – My car has never been cleaner. They have affordable prices for their great service, a family friendly atmosphere and because they are a family owned business they are much more personable than a certain car wash chain found nearby. I will definitley give my patronage to them from now on!
You have to be kidding me – This place is in my neighborhood, so I used to go there on a regular basis until the staff became rude. After a couple of years away, I started going there again last year with no problem. However, I went there this past Sunday and as I turned my car over to them - unlocked and with the keys in the ignition as they asked, they discovered after it went through the wash that they'd locked it with the keys still inside! Bad Service Rip Off – My car had some bird droppings. They did not come out during the car wash for $16. I felt ripped off. This place should be better than a $4 gas station cleaning. Attendant demanded 20% tip which is crazy when my car did not come out clean. No resolution to situation.
