You want your stereo messed with, broken, a dirty car and then a tongue lashing, go to Blue Wave! – I got all this and more. Plus I paid 13 buck for it. Someone in the car turned up my stereo. I have and Amp, so when I turned the car on...my whole system blew. Did any one apologize, even offer me a free car wash....NO. They swore that they had a "rule" about not touching stereos. Right...so it must have been the car wash elves of death...thats right. DO not GO HERE! Its is so crappy that I ahve not words.
Stay away! – I'm not one to write reviews, but this place is awful. I would give them negative stars if available. One of the employees stole cash from deep in my center console. The bottom of my center console wasn't even cleaned out (not that they should be looking in there anyway). I went back and talked to the manager and he immediately pointed out the guy who was working on my car (worker must have been known to do this). Of course the worker denied taking it. stay away.......period – ONE OF THE DIRT BAG EMPLOYEES STOLE BOTH MY WIFES AND MY IPODS OUT OF OUR GYM BAG AND DID A CRAPPY JOB TO BOOT. This place is a one of the worst places to ever take you car.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! – The price is not bad if you get a coupon, but they do a HORRIBLE job and they SCRATCHED MY NEW CAR!!!! The staff is rude and you can get the same kind of wash at one of those automatic drive in car washes. They left a bunch of scratches on my car and refuse to do anything about it.
They got a pen mark on my leather – I don't recommend this car wash. It may have a nice gift shop, but everything else is shoddy. I had a brand new Mercedes - absolutely flawless and less than a month old - and asked for the Car Nut package. They first asked me why I would want to get a wax, like it was a weird thing to request. It hardly took them any time to clean the car, and I should have been suspicious then. Worst car wash ever – Never write reviews, but I've had it with this carwash! Not surprisingly, all the reviews for Blue Wave Car Wash are horrible. This is my 5th time at this car wash (closest one to me) and 4/5 were terrible. I kept telling myself maybe they will do a better job next time but I guess not. Today I took my car not so much because it was dirty but because there was some bird poo that I wanted to get rid of. After my car was "cleaned", I swear it was dirtier/messier than before the wash. Dinged my Beemer!!! – Yup I got sucked into trying this place out thanx to some coupons. At the end of it, my wife noticed some smudging just behind the rear door ... guess what they had DINGED MY BEEMER... a nice inch wide depression about a couple of mm deep - not too big for LA standards some might say, but given that my new bmw was spotless otherwise it really did hurt. They Broke my GPS mount and then offered me a $9 car wash to fix the issue! Horrible!!! – The guy cleaning the window broke the mount to my wifes gps system...tomtom...When my wife went to pick up her car she found it on the floor and screws and springs broken and everywhere...they didnt even have the courage to tell her it broke.
