AWFUL!! – I took my new car in to get washed and waxed. When I picked it up there were scratches along the side of the door and the back of the car (I noticed that the rags they were using had been on the ground and think that little rocks on the rags may have been the culprit). i live near bluewave and so i've used it quite a bit. but no more. the last time i was there was truly a terrible experience, far beyond the others. they messed up my gps system and had no regard for the problem or me. when the manager was called i thought i'd at least have a little regard, but not so. the previous visit my ipod headphones were stolen, this time the damage was far worse and they took no responsibility. do not use this car wash!
Theives at this car wash. – I went to this car wash, the car wash was ok. Gave the guy 5.00 tip. When I got home, I found that 10.00 worth of quarters were gone. Whoever lifted the quarters did not even leave one. When I called to speak with the "manager" he almost implied that I could be wrong. I am POSITIVE the quarters were stolen from this car wash. When I looked on the internet to find the phone number, I saw that many people have had problems with theft from this car wash.. For shame.
Stole my hair pin! – The car wash is average, but only thing I don't understand why would he need to take my pink flower hair pin! If you go there, make sure you have nothing in your car!
What a scam!! Horrible! – This is the WORST car wash EVER. a year ago i had som electronics stolen from my car, and the company denied it; then a few months ago, my mom went there - against my advice - for a detailing service, and they took the paint off the car! AVOID THiS CAR WASH EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE A LITTLE FARTHER – Steer clear of this place. Even if you have to drive for a while. The only reason I went back is because I got lazy and bought a ten-pack of washes there. What a mistake! 1. The quality of the wash is poor. They don't vacuum well. Best Mom & Pop Car Wash in Charlotte! – This is by far the friendliest car wash in town. The folks are courteous and customer oriented. This is a mom and pop shop with much pride in ownership. You won't be disappointed! They have great tips on making your car look its best and are resourceful when it comes to recommending help with cuts, dings, and scratches.
