Definitely an unpleasant experience. First, after signing the original lease, excessive fees (not rent) were added to our account that were not disclosed to me prior to signing the lease. While living there, it would take several days and sometimes weeks for the landlord to address repair issues. I paid my rent diligently and it was never late.
