Blue stone staff was friendly and helpful, except there billing department. They were rude and did not help at all. We called to try and set up a payment plan due to us not being able to afford the bill in full. They would not work with us. It is very sad and disappointing that our bill might now go to collections due to them not being willing to help us out. We had full intention on paying the bill but they would not give us any room.
