Blue stone staff was friendly and helpful, except there billing department. They were rude and did not help at all. We called to try and set up a payment plan due to us not being able to afford the bill in full. They would not work with us. It is very sad and disappointing that our bill might now go to collections due to them not being willing to help us out. We had full intention on paying the bill but they would not give us any room. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
