This office refused a referral by another dentist to extract an abscessed tooth which is a serious issue if left untreated. They did not even schedule a visit to assess the situation. They flat out refused to treat. Why? Because the insurance is Medica and they pay at a lower rate, perhaps? Maybe. The excuse the business manager gave is...the fact that you live an hour away is the issue. They will only treat local patients. I hadn't been to a dentist for a number of years due to the needle phobia, and when I started to have issues with a couple of extra teeth that decided to move around, they were very understanding and patient. They allowed me to have my anxiety attack and encouraged me to follow through with the procedure. All went well and I am very happy with the results. I have since had other work done and am not to concerned with the needle phobia. Thank you Bluestone oral.

I would not recommend going here to anyone! The office staff is cold and made me feel like they were just a butcher shop, Especially the Dr. I had a oroblem after surgery so I had to come back this seem to make everyone there quite upset like I was wasting there time! The dr. Just came at me with a knife an a file and never gave me a shot I just started crying. He didn't really care.
