Good service. I like the matcha.
I waited 20 minutes after paying and ordering and had to walk out with no drink since I had an appointment and they were still unsure when my one coffee would be coming up. This is despite me being the only person in line when I ordered. No flow no organization. The staff was working hard but they have absolutely no system and are all over the place.
I ordered Uber Eats for my team from Bluestone Lane, and my coworker bit into a metal screw that was folded inside his breakfast burrito. This could have caused a serious injury or required surgery if he had swallowed it. So far, Bluestone Lane has provided no response or apology, and Uber Eats only refunded the price of the burrito. Amazing coffee and customer service!!
I had a great experience here. My coffee and food were both so amazing. I believe his name was Danny who made my coffee! The customer service was through the roof! Will definitely be returning!!
