Sad to see Dr. Rob Loehr go. After decades, I finally found a psychiatrist willing to work with my brain injury history. Other than that I have been impressed by the staff.
So far have had a great experience with psychiatry at Bluestem. Provider listens and cares about making sure medications are working for me. My old psychiatrist was very opinionated and prescribed medications based on their personal bias, without taking consideration for the needs of the person. The one I’ve seen here at Bluestem isn’t like that at all. Recommend to anyone who struggles with finding the right medications/dosages for co-occurring mental healthy disorders.
Ana doesn't listen. I was very clear about what I wanted out of treatment and she ignored everything I said that didn't align with what she wanted to hear. She had her own goals and focused solely on them. She was so pushy about changing my meds and forcing further appointments that I had to lie about why I wasn't coming back. Very friendly and care about others!!! Would highly recommend Rob Loehr for psychiatry for any new patient care!!!!
This mental health center has helped me tremendously in the last six months and I'm so grateful. I suffer with depression, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD. The previous facility where I was a client for years was just not cutting it, but with Bluestem Wellness I finally have stability and peace for the first time in my life. They have helped me so much these last several months that I am confident they can reach others who struggles with life and their mental illness.
