Patient abandonment. I filled out their pre-registration was on my way and had car trouble and called multiple times. Left a voicemail and they still flagged me as no-show, now I feel abandoned. I've built a 3-year relationship with my doctor who works in their clinic, they removed me from making appointments. Due to there business profit margin policy. Goes to show they care about their profits more than their patients.
We were left completely unattended at the front desk, even though we were there for an emergency. The front desk employee chose not to finish our check‑in process and showed no awareness of the situation or the urgency we were facing. She didn’t apologize, didn’t communicate, and simply ignored us.Thankfully, another employee noticed us at the last moment and stepped in to help. Reba & her their whole team is very knowledgeable & courteous not only that, very clean & professional yet down to Earth, very helpful #1 top of the line/top notch & various other specialists etc., she they actually give a care, she maybe young, she specialized in diabetics/neuropathy various other specialists etc., she/they actually listen to our specific needs, concerns lab etc., it can be tough, for Elderly whom worked & than find yourself aged & disabled however can't give up, especially edma, hp etc., stay hydrated & be... read more
