I had to come back to add to my review. I got my wisdom tooth pulled today at an oral surgery office NOT bluestem. Such a completely different experience. They gave me medication and prescription mouth wash to avoid getttng a infection. They also gave me Hydrocodone and ibuprofen for the pain. I am so grateful because the pain is horrible. They also have checked on me thru text message to see how I was doing after I left. I’m truly sorry for anyone that has to go to bluestem and have dental work done. My Appointment was at 11 I got here at like 10:40 and they did get to me till 12 this is Ridiculous worst clinic ever

If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been a patient at Bluestem Health for almost 10 years, and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. On one occasion, I made a same-day appointment because I was feeling very sick. I completed the online check-in before arriving at the clinic. When I arrived, I was initially told that I was all set and to sit down and wait for my name to be called. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with a healthcare clinic. My mother had an appointment that Bluestem Health canceled because her doctor was not in the clinic. When they were supposed to rescheduled her, we were then told to bring her to the clinic and wait to see if the doctor had time to see her—and if not, she would not be seen. My mother had a stroke and has still not fully recovered. She uses a wheelchair and cannot sit at the clinic waiting for a long and uncertain amount of time. I explained her ... read more
